Crochet Boho Wall Hanging
I just recently moved from a tiny studio (gotta love that California living) into a larger place with an actual bedroom and living room that are separated. For the first time since I started this fiber journey I have an actual dedicated work space, well because of that I never want to leave my house now ahha! I’ve always been really bad about decorating the walls like I’ll wait 2 YEARS before putting anything up. I think this has to do with the fact that if I know I’m only living in a place temporarily what’s the point? And although I know this place is temporary, I went into it with the clear mindset that I wanted it to be a stress free creative environment. Let’s be honest I’m really not good about just being happy with any situation I’m in, I’ve always been that looking to the future what’s the next thing? Kind of person. I’m trying to take better steps to be more organized and allow myself to settle and take a breath in this new space. I haven’t had a good history of living situations combined with the fact that I’ve moved more than 20 times in my life. I wanted this place to be different like if I want to decorate than decorate gosh dangit! So rather than spend a million dollars at Home Goods or Hobby Lobby on some things I can make myself why not use the huge piles of yarn I have to make the space completely my own?
